THE GIVEBOX

The concept is companies like Amazon have a charity budget to spend and instead of just writing a cheque to the charity they want to leverage the activity so it is also acts as a team building day. Internal surveys after these events show they get a much higher employee satisfaction improvement from doing a charity kit building days compared to when they arrange a free food truck hire for employees or some kind of games and/or activities arranged for the day. We have been supporting Amazon with their corporate charitable donation projects, mostly focusing on kit building which is where we source a selection of products such as back to school items deliver them to their office and their team packs them ready to be donated. We are looking to kick on with this next year and bring on other businesses. For the start of next year we are putting together 5/6 different types of kit, back to school, hygiene, summer play, something for older people, distraction kit for children in hospitals and another kit that is yet to be confirmed
